Micro-nano Tecnologies and Devices

The Micro/Nano Technologies and Devices Unit can design, prototype and manufacture in small-medium volumes.

• Custom MEMS devices, designed to customer specifications

or collaboratively following a thorough analysis of application issues;

• Custom micro/nanostructured materials, designed to

customer specifications or collaboratively followinga thorough analysis of application issues.

On request, the Unit can design and set up special production systems on customer premises.

Electronic Modules and Applications

This Techfab Unit specializes in design, product engineering and manufacture small-medium volume production of electronic modules, integrating them in turnkey application solutions where required.
